basically three different types of cake pans depending on their shapes.
Each of these cake pans are used according to the type of the cake that

versatile ones. Sometimes they are also available in a set of two. They
come in a variety o sizes depending on the volume of the cake that you
want. Their diameter varies from 6 to 18 inches and they are about 2-3

as well as the stacked cake depending on the height of the pan. The
most preferred material for these round cake pans is aluminum as it
distributes the heat evenly. These round cake pans are very versatile
and they are not only used to bake cakes but also can be used for
casseroles and baked fruit desserts. Most of these round cake pans come
with handles, but there are a few that are just in a circular shape.
Make sure that your round cake pans have a non stick coating so that it
is not difficult to release the crumb free cake that is perfectly
baked. The traditional round cake pans cost about $5 and the cost of
the professional pan is about $30.
The round cake pans are the best ones for the
beginners. These pans are the easiest to use and also give you that
perfect smooth and round cake. You do not need any additional help to
bake in these round cake pans. But it is very important to line the
grease round cake pans. Though it sounds a little difficult, I can be
easily done. All you have to do is to follow the few steps mentioned
below:
Firstly cut a long strip of the non stick baking
paper so that it can cover the entire side of the pan. Then fold it
horizontally to one third.
Make cuts at angles that meet the folded edge.
Then place the cut side downwards.
Now to cover the base of the round cake pans, cut a disc of the non
stick paper and put it on the base. His also helps in holding the paper
in the sides.
The round cake pans are generally made up of metal; however glass is
also use to make these pans these days. The metal cake pans are further
available as dark metal pans or the light shiny metal pans. The dark
metal round cake pans absorb heat faster than the shiny ones and
therefore one must adjust the baking temperature accordingly. So if you
are a learner then go buy your first round cake pan, preferably the
shiny one so you do not burn the first cake.
